1. Introduction
Welcome to Dr Smith Aesthetics. This Booking Policy outlines the guidelines for scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments, as well as deposit requirements and specifics for various consultation and treatment types. Our aim is to provide clarity for both clients and practitioners while ensuring a professional, safe, and efficient service experience.

2. Appointment Booking Process

Online Booking: Appointments can be booked via our WIX website and integrated booking system. You will be required to provide your full name, date of birth, address, email, and mobile number to secure your booking.

You will be required to pay a deposit at booking to confirm this booking. The deposit is put towards the treatment cost, which will be paid for in full at treatment.

Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive an email confirmation outlining your appointment details.

Accuracy of Information: Ensure your details are correct. Contact us immediately if corrections or changes are needed.

3. Consultation Appointments
(Free Face-to-Face Consultation):

Rescheduling:

To reschedule your free consultation, you must give more than 48 hours' notice.

Bookings are for the specific time slot chosen. Non-attendance will be noted.

Further Consultation:

If you require a further consultation after late cancellation or no-show, you will need to book a new appointment and pay a £20 deposit for the new date and time.

Punctuality:

The practitioner will not carry out the consultation if you are deemed too late for your appointment - this is at their discretion. Please phone ahead if you know you are going to be late.

Scope:

Please note the consultation is intended for aesthetic concerns only. For any other medical concerns, please consult your GP or an appropriate medical professional.

Online Amendments:

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled online up to 48 hours prior to the appointment time.

4. Treatments (General)
Standard Treatments:

To reschedule a treatment appointment, please provide more than 48 hours' notice.

Deposit Policy:

A deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and secures your specific time slot. The deposit amount will be put towards the cost of the treatment booked.

Non-attendance or late attendance will result in the loss of the deposit.

Booking for Further Treatments:

For subsequent treatments, you will be required to book a new appointment, which includes a new deposit. You cannot use the previous deposit for a new appointment if you were too late or did not show for that appointment.

Punctuality:

If you are deemed too late for your treatment appointment, the practitioner reserves the right to cancel the treatment and retain the deposit.

Treatment Outcomes:

While we are committed to delivering excellent results, please note that outcomes vary from client to client, and we cannot guarantee a specific degree of results.

5. Bundle Treatments
Package Sessions (e.g., 3 Sessions of Polynucleotide Treatments):

Scheduling and Timing:

Bundle treatments typically consist of three sessions targeting the same area (e.g., the eye area). Sessions are generally scheduled 3–5 weeks apart at the practitioner’s discretion for optimal results.

Rescheduling:

To reschedule, please give more than 48 hours’ notice.

Deposit and Payment:

The deposit for bundle treatments is non-refundable.

The full amount for the bundle must be paid in full at the first session.

Cancellation Within a Bundle:

If you wish to cancel after completing one or two sessions within the package, you will be charged the full amount corresponding to the sessions completed.

For instance, if two treatments have been given, you will be charged the full rate for two single treatments, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Treatment Outcomes:

As with individual treatments, results will vary from client to client, and there is no guarantee regarding the degree of results achieved.

6. Late Arrival Policy

A brief grace period may be offered; however, if you are significantly late, the practitioner may cancel your consultation or treatment to ensure the schedule is maintained.

In cases of late arrival, your appointment may be shortened, or you might have to reschedule depending on the treatment and its timing.
