Service Description
Aesthetic Consultation with Dr Smith A dedicated, face-to-face 30-minute consultation to explore your aesthetic concerns and discuss the most suitable treatment options for you. This appointment allows time to understand your goals, assess your features, and create a personalised treatment plan. A consultation fee is required at booking. This fee is fully redeemable against any treatment carried out or booked on the same day. If no treatment is chosen on the day, the consultation fee is non-refundable. Please note: This consultation covers aesthetic concerns only. If you have any medical symptoms or conditions, please contact your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional.
Cancellation Policy
Consultation Booking Policy – £50 Consultation Fee • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation with more than 48 hours’ notice. Changes made within 48 hours will require a new booking and a new consultation fee. • Non-attendance / Late Arrival: Your booking reserves a dedicated 30-minute appointment. Non-attendance or late arrival (where there is not enough time to complete the consultation safely and properly) will result in the appointment being marked as unattended. A new consultation will need to be booked with a new £50 fee. • Refunds: The consultation fee is redeemable against any treatment performed or booked on the same day. If no treatment is carried out or booked, the £50 consultation fee is non-refundable. • Scope of Consultation: Consultations are for aesthetic concerns only. For any medical symptoms or health-related issues, please contact your GP or an appropriate medical professional.
