Service Description
Plinest® is a premium, evidence-based polynucleotide treatment designed to improve skin quality and rejuvenate the delicate under-eye area. Polynucleotides support tissue repair, hydration, and collagen and elastin production, helping to improve skin texture, fine lines, and the appearance of dark circles while promoting healthier, more resilient skin. The treatment is performed using a series of small injections beneath the eyes following the application of numbing cream to maximise comfort. All treatments are carried out by Dr Smith following a full medical consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & deposit: A booking is confirmed once a deposit (amount shown at the time of booking) has been paid. The deposit secures your appointment time and will be deducted from the final treatment price on the day. Cancelling or rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the appointment start time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited. No-shows: If you do not attend your appointment (no-show) the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you arrive late for your appointment, it may be shortened or cancelled if there is insufficient time to perform the booked treatment safely; in this case the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit required to rebook. Refunds: Deposits are refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the appointment, or if I cancel the appointment. I will always offer to rebook or refund the deposit if I need to cancel for clinical or operational reasons. Treatment results & follow-up Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. If you have any concerns about your treatment outcome, contact me promptly so I can review and advise on appropriate follow-up care. Privacy, photographs & records: Clinical photographs and notes will be taken and stored on your file in accordance with insurance policy. Photographs will only be used for marketing or teaching with your explicit consent. All patient data is handled in accordance with data protection law.
