Service Description
PRF – Platelet-Rich Fibrin Microneedling PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is created using a small sample of your own blood, taken on the day of treatment and processed in a specialised centrifuge. This produces a concentrate rich in platelets, growth factors, and healing cells. The PRF is then combined with microneedling and applied across the face to enhance skin regeneration. This treatment is an excellent option when PRF is needed for a larger area such as the full face, compared to targeted PRF injections used for specific concerns. PRP vs PRF While both treatments use your body’s natural healing components, PRF contains a higher concentration of platelets and growth factors, which are released more slowly over time, supporting stronger, longer-lasting results. We use PRF-specific tubes and carefully controlled centrifuge settings to ensure optimal concentration and quality. All treatments are performed by Dr Smith. Add-on price: £70 when purchased with this treatment (normally £95).
Cancellation Policy
Booking & deposit: A booking is confirmed once a deposit (amount shown at the time of booking) has been paid. The deposit secures your appointment time and will be deducted from the final treatment price on the day. Cancelling or rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the appointment start time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited. No-shows: If you do not attend your appointment (no-show) the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you arrive late for your appointment, it may be shortened or cancelled if there is insufficient time to perform the booked treatment safely; in this case the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit required to rebook. Refunds: Deposits are refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the appointment, or if I cancel the appointment. I will always offer to rebook or refund the deposit if I need to cancel for clinical or operational reasons. Treatment results & follow-up Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. If you have any concerns about your treatment outcome, contact me promptly so I can review and advise on appropriate follow-up care. Privacy, photographs & records: Clinical photographs and notes will be taken and stored on your file in accordance with insurance policy. Photographs will only be used for marketing or teaching with your explicit consent. All patient data is handled in accordance with data protection law.
