Service Description
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) A small blood sample is taken on the day of treatment and processed in our specialist centrifuge to produce Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF), which is rich in platelets, growth factors, and regenerative cells. PRF is then injected using a mesotherapy technique (a series of small superficial injections following application of numbing cream) to target specific areas of concern. PRP vs PRF PRF contains a higher concentration of platelets and growth factors than traditional PRP and releases these growth factors gradually over time. We use PRF-specific tubes, a dedicated centrifuge rotor, and carefully selected centrifugation settings to optimise the concentration and quality of the PRF produced. Please note: This treatment uses liquid injectable PRF and not PRF gel (Bio-Filler). Recommended Treatment Course: 3 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart. This package includes 3 individual treatment sessions at a discounted price compared with booking each session separately. Full payment for the package is required at the first appointment. All treatments are carried out by Dr Smith following a full medical consultation. Optional Pigmentation Add-On: Receive £20 off Obagi Professional-C® 15% Serum or Obagi-C® Fx Clarifying Serum (containing Arbutin and 10% Vitamin C) when purchased with your PRF treatment to help brighten the under-eye area, improve the appearance of pigmentation, and support healthier, more radiant skin.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & deposit: A booking is confirmed once a deposit (amount shown at the time of booking) has been paid. The deposit secures your appointment time and will be deducted from the final treatment price on the day. Cancelling or rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the appointment start time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited. No-shows: If you do not attend your appointment (no-show) the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you arrive late for your appointment, it may be shortened or cancelled if there is insufficient time to perform the booked treatment safely; in this case the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit required to rebook. Refunds: Deposits are refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the appointment, or if I cancel the appointment. I will always offer to rebook or refund the deposit if I need to cancel for clinical or operational reasons. Treatment results & follow-up Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. If you have any concerns about your treatment outcome, contact me promptly so I can review and advise on appropriate follow-up care. Privacy, photographs & records: Clinical photographs and notes will be taken and stored on your file in accordance with insurance policy. Photographs will only be used for marketing or teaching with your explicit consent. All patient data is handled in accordance with data protection law.
