For volume restoration in the tear trough (under eye) area.
Service Description
Includes a pre-treatment consultation to determine if you are suitable. Not all patients are suitable and other under eye treatments such as polynucleotides / PRF / Skin boosters may be more beneficial. For best results, the central cheek may also need to be supported to improve the under eye area at additional charge - this can be discussed at consultation. May benefit from mid cheek filler to support the tear trough area to improve results. This can be 1 - 2mls of filler in addition to the tear trough filler priced at an extra £160/ml. Cancellation Policy
Booking & deposit: A booking is confirmed once a deposit (amount shown at the time of booking) has been paid. The deposit secures your appointment time and will be deducted from the final treatment price on the day. Cancelling or rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the appointment start time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited. No-shows: If you do not attend your appointment (no-show) the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you arrive late for your appointment, it may be shortened or cancelled if there is insufficient time to perform the booked treatment safely; in this case the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit required to rebook. Refunds: Deposits are refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the appointment, or if I cancel the appointment. I will always offer to rebook or refund the deposit if I need to cancel for clinical or operational reasons. Treatment results & follow-up Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. If you have any concerns about your treatment outcome, contact me promptly so I can review and advise on appropriate follow-up care. Privacy, photographs & records: Clinical photographs and notes will be taken and stored on your file in accordance with insurance policy. Photographs will only be used for marketing or teaching with your explicit consent. All patient data is handled in accordance with data protection law.
